1. Scope and Bid
Exchange of information and in depth discussion with our clients provides us a better idea of project’s needs and schedule requirements. We can determine the scope of work and provide our clients with an accurate bid and proposal.
2. Kickoff Meeting & Project Planning
Once the project is awarded to lnter-build, a meeting is then initiated with our client to review the contract and schedule. Final construction documents provided by our client are reviewed and analyzed by our staff.

3. Design & Engineering Collaboration
Our engineering team starts by preparing a structural BIM model including all structural components as per our detailed engineering calculations, analysis, and design.
4. Shop Drawings & Submittals
We produce precise shop drawings using BIM technology for all structural elements. These drawings guide fabrication and ensure all components meet design specifications and tolerances, reducing errors and improving production accuracy.
5. Fabrication
With an indoor controlled environment, lnterBuild is able to guarantee high quality control process for all manufactured CFS and prefab EIFS external wall panels.
6. On-Site Installation
Our in-house installation crews are fully trained and experienced in providing safe, cost-effective, and on-schedule installations to meet your project needs.
