MegaSPAN's optimized metal deck profile delivers strong composite performance, enabling clear spans of up to 33 feet while maintaining a slim floor depth between 10.5 and 14 inches. Its efficient thickness‑to‑span ratio helps reduce overall floor height, and the design offers architectural flexibility for angled or arched slab edges, as well as seamless integration of concrete beams, mezzanines, and balconies.
In addition to its structural advantages, the system provides 1‑ and 2‑hour fire‑resistance ratings without the need for protective membranes or coatings, and its acoustical performance exceeds building code requirements with an STC rating of 54 to 60+.
Fast-Tracked Construction
Deck panel are cut to length based on shop drawings and can be installed one-by-one without use of a crane. Alternatively, pre-cut deck pieces can be placed into panels on site then placed into position by crane, ready for rebar and concrete.
Further, MegaSPAN provides a safe working platform and 100% of concrete forming requirements. Our composite deck also allows for easy site handling and flexibility in storage while optimizing shipping as it has a easy stack deck profile in bundles.
